Her academic background combines business management, computer applications, and data-driven decision-making, enabling her to contribute effectively to project coordination, documentation, client communication, and research workflow management.
She is passionate about applying analytical thinking and modern digital tools to improve operational efficiency and ensure a smooth experience for researchers and clients. As she continues her studies in Business Analytics, she is expanding her expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and technology-enabled decision support.
